Shipping, Returns & Exchange

Shipping

We deliver for free on orders above Rs. 3000. Orders below Rs. 3000 carry a shipping cost between Rs. 200-250 (varying with respect to location). The exact rate of shipping will be determined at time of checkout.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

Returns

Orders can be returned and we have a ‘Refund’ policy.

Exchange

Items are returnable and can be exchanged within 3 days from the time of delivery.

Amount Refund:

We will subtract the delivery fee of 250 rupees from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.

Modern Wear may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
