Standard shipping charges are Rs. 260 on all orders.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

Refund Policy

At Modern Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Terms

• Refunds will be issued for the total product amount only.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Products that are damaged, used, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

Exchange

Items are returnable and can be exchanged within 7 days from the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.

Modern Wear may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
